Of course, all of the characters from Remake return in Rebirth, but there's a lot of time left to meet new characters, too.
fans will get a chance to briefly play as two characters that weren't playable in the 1997 original--the heroic Zack and main antagonist Sephiroth--in scenarios that highlight their importance to this fresh take on the Final Fantasy VII timeline.
