The final piece of mission intel appears during the G-X Strider boss fight in a concealed location. Look for the control room window above and locate a cluster of white shipping containers below. Mantle to the tops of the containers, turn right, and run along another container's roof to reach its top. From there, look down to find an open container with a canister inside. Collecting the canister grants XP and a Calling Card reward and contributes to the Loremaster trophy/achievement for Black Ops 7. The path requires careful platforming and observation to spot and access.
