Nubank appointed Kim Farrell as global marketing director following her two-plus years leading creators at TikTok. Farrell will oversee global brand architecture, governance, campaigns, and partnerships while reporting to co-founder and U.S. CEO Cristina Junqueira from Miami. The hire represents a geographic return for Farrell, who previously led TikTok's Latin America marketing from São Paulo.
