Kraken's xStocks and Fundrise announced the tokenization of the Fundrise Innovation Fund, creating VCXx, a single onchain asset. VCXx will provide eligible investors global access to a portfolio that includes companies like SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Databricks. The tokenization will be listed on the xStocks platform and is issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited. VCXx can be utilized for onchain applications such as collateralization and lending. The fund is not available in the U.S., and eligibility is subject to local jurisdiction rules.
