Villa O, designed by YCL studio, is a remarkable 237 m architectural project completed in 2024. Located on a picturesque lakeside plot, the house features a unique circular design that opens to panoramic views in all cardinal directions. Key to its design are four semi-enclosed sunken courtyards, which enhance the relationship between the interior and the surrounding nature. This innovative approach not only preserves the building’s form but also creates inviting spaces that frame views and incorporate the natural landscape into everyday living.
The design responds organically to its lakeside environment, departing from traditional forms to create a circular volume that serves as both home and sculpture.
