The system auto-deletes the existing user if the user is not part of the CSV uploaded. Admins uploading users via CSV should ensure both existing users and new users are included. Admins can verify if deleted users were part of the latest CSV upload.
Another possibility for auto-deletion is the 'auto-delete internal users' option enabled on the settings page. Admins need to verify the status of this option by logging in as admin, going to settings, and checking if 'auto-delete internal users' is enabled.
