A more holistic design workflow: gluing Jira, Figma, and Zeplin together

Working in different IT companies, I often heard that designers are not good at organizing their work and in general, do not know how to follow the process. This is partly true because many novice designers argue the necessity of 'creative freedom' and work in some sort of 'creative chaos'.
Processes are usually introduced to optimize work, improve performance, or solve problems. The design process doesn't happen in isolation and you need to cooperate with different people at one stage or another.
