Renee Good, 37, was fatally shot in Minneapolis by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jonathan Ross during an encounter beside an idling SUV. Video shows agents ordering Good to exit and an agent grabbing the door as Good briefly reversed and appeared to turn away; Ross, positioned near the vehicle front, then shot Good in the face.
