It's a very heavy Republican district. Donald Trump, had he endorsed Pilip, could have really boosted Pilip's name ID, could have given him the momentum to really make a name for himself
And I think that's what you see here, Donald Trump staying out, because if he doesn't endorse, he can't be blamed for the loss
People still want to get that endorsement from Donald Trump. Because they know what that means. They know his power within the party.
