Trump snaps at reporter over Epstein files question: 'Quiet, piggy'
"I know nothing about that. They would have announced that a long time ago. Jeffrey Epstein and I had a very bad relationship for many years."
"Quiet. Quiet, Piggy."
"that dog that hasn't barked"
"Of course, he knew about the girls,"
Donald Trump was asked about the content of Jeffrey Epstein's files during a press conference on Air Force One while flying from Washington DC to Mar-a-Lago. He replied, "I know nothing about that. They would have announced that a long time ago. Jeffrey Epstein and I had a very bad relationship for many years." When an off-camera Bloomberg reporter asked whether there was anything "incriminating" in the emails, he pointed a finger and said, "Quiet. Quiet, Piggy." The remark drew criticism and revived claims of derogatory language toward women. Calls increased for full release of details about evidence against Epstein, who was found dead in his cell in August 2019. House Oversight Democrats released three emails on 12 November, including one in which Epstein called Trump "that dog that hasn't barked" and asserted a victim spent "hours" with him. Epstein's brother Mark said a "Bubba" reference in another email did not refer to Bill Clinton.
