The largest New York City allocations affected are the Hudson Tunnel Project and the Second Avenue Subway expansion; other borough projects saw cuts as well. Queens's 3rd District faces a $11.2 million cut; the 6th District faces $1.5 million paused. Brooklyn's 9th District will lose $1.1 million; Harlem/The Bronx's 13th District will lose $1.2 million. Manhattan's 12th District loses $3.8 million across two projects. Staten Island was not included.
