She claims that his "transphobic hate speech" emboldened her assailants at an Indiana prison, where she suffered multiple sexual assaults. Cordellion's suit argues that Trump's rhetoric incited the violence she faced and highlights negligence on his part. Additionally, she has accused prison staff of dismissing her claims and making derogatory comments about her gender identity. She is seeking $3.5 million in damages for the assaults she endured during her incarceration.
Cordellionè alleged that prison employees, who are also named in the suit, dismissed her claims of sexual assault - stating that "tax payers" shouldn't have to pay for her surgery, the complaint showed.
The convicted baby strangler also claimed her assailants mentioned Trump when they attacked her.
