Survey: More Americans Believe Bad Bunny "Better Represents" U.S. Than Trump
"A new poll has found that more Americans believe Bad Bunny "better represents" the country than its sitting president, Donald Trump. More than 1,700 adults were surveyed by Yahoo! and YouGov in the days following Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show; the sample included a slightly higher share of Republicans and conservatives than Democrats and liberals (via Variety). "Broken down by race, Bad Bunny's approval rating was 61% among Blacks (Trump was at 9%); 46% among Hispanics (Trump was at 32%); and 37% among whites (Trump was at 48%). The survey also examined Bad Bunny's halftime show; of those polled, 47% of respondents said they watched the performance, while 53% said they did not. However, those who did tune in seemed to enjoy it: 30% said they "liked" it, while only 8% said they "disliked" it."
