A Gallup survey found a record 40% of women ages 15 to 44 want to permanently move to another country, compared with 19% of men. The gender gap of about 21 points is unprecedented in Gallup's global tracking. Nearly 60% of young women identify as or lean Democratic, while young men are less likely to want to leave than their wealthy-country peers. The unmarried-married migration gap has narrowed to four points.
