In a recent social media post, President Donald Trump expressed confidence that ongoing conflicts, particularly between Iran and Israel, could be resolved through negotiations he facilitated, similar to past mediations between India and Pakistan. He emphasized his role in achieving peace in various conflicts, citing political negotiations and trade deals as effective means of resolution. Despite current escalations in military tensions, Trump remains optimistic about future peace agreements in the Middle East, asserting that numerous discussions are taking place to bring opposing sides together.
Iran and Israel should make a deal, and will make a deal, just like I got India and Pakistan to make, in that case by using TRADE with the United States to bring reason, cohesion, and sanity into the talks.
Another case is Egypt and Ethiopia, and their fight over a massive dam that is having an effect on the magnificent Nile River. There is peace, at least for now, because of my intervention.
