Porn age-gating is the future of the internet, thanks to the Supreme Court
Briefly

The Supreme Court has ruled that a Texas law mandating age verification for adult websites does not infringe on First Amendment rights. In the case Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, the majority opinion emphasized states' authority to restrict minors' access to what they deem as obscene material. The ruling, passed by a six-to-three margin, opens the door for similar age verification laws across the United States, overturning a prior ruling from 2004 that deemed similar laws unconstitutional.
The First Amendment leaves undisturbed States' traditional power to prevent minors from accessing speech that is obscene from their perspective.
The court ruled in favor of Texas, stating that no person has a First Amendment right to access adult content without proof of age.
