A fancy job title is not required, and just doing one's job well is not enough. Impact matters. Tell us what a nominee did and what that work accomplished. You can submit multiple nominations. The 2026 Federal 100 nominations are open to recognize exceptional contributions to federal IT during the 2025 calendar year. Eligible nominees include career civil servants, political appointees, contractors, academics and members of Congress. Nominees should demonstrate specific accomplishments and the outcomes of their work. Multiple nominations per person are allowed. Nominations should be submitted before the Dec. 31 deadline at 11:59 p.m. ET. Winners are selected based on impact rather than title or rank.
