Through the agreement, Microsoft will also make its Microsoft 365 Copilot available at no cost to G5 customers that require advanced security environments."

The General Services Administration and Microsoft reached a OneGov agreement that provides major discounts across Microsoft cloud, AI and cybersecurity offerings, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Sentinel. Microsoft will make Microsoft 365 Copilot available at no cost to G5 customers needing advanced security environments. Additional discounted tools include Sentinel, Azure Monitoring, Extra ID Governance, and Dynamics 365 free for up to one year for eligible workloads plus implementation and optimization workshops. Agencies can opt in through September 2026, with discounted pricing for up to 36 months for certain products and extended procurement alignment with federal AI priorities.
