Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running for president as an independent, will be on the ballot in Utah, his campaign announced on Wednesday at an event in Salt Lake City.
A poll from The New York Times and Siena College released in November found that unfavorable opinions of President Biden and former President Donald J. Trump could leave an opening for independent candidates like Mr. Kennedy.
