"In text messages sent in 2017, disgraced financier and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein appears to position himself as a middleman between president Donald Trump's administration and Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates, even seemingly representing himself as passing on information directly from Trump to Gates through an intermediary. The messages, which the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released on Wednesday and originated with the Epstein estate, begin on January 27, 2017, years after Epstein had already pleaded guilty to state prostitution solicitation charges."
"(Throughout the exchange in question, Epstein is apparently talking to his longtime associate, the doctor Melanie Walker, who, according to an online biography at one time, worked for what was then known as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and would subsequently work as an adviser to Gates at bgC3, the entity that would eventually become Gates Ventures. The Gates Foundation and Gates Ventures did not respond to requests for comment.)"
Text messages from 2017 show Jeffrey Epstein positioning himself as a middleman conveying information from President Donald Trump's administration to Bill Gates through an intermediary. The messages originated with the Epstein estate and were released by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, beginning January 27, 2017, years after Epstein's 2008 state plea on prostitution solicitation charges. Epstein's texts purport intimate awareness of Trump's domestic and global public health policy plans and claim familiarity with the president's thinking. Metadata indicate the texts were sent via iMessage and backed up to an Apple computer. The exchange appears to involve Epstein and Melanie Walker, who previously worked with Gates-related entities.
