In addition to the Trump note which he denies writing the book includes many other disturbing and cryptic messages. On Tuesday's edition of CNN's The Lead, Tapper asked Michaels about the triggering effects of the coverage, and Ms. Michaels brought up one of those messages a crude and shocking cartoon."

The book contains numerous disturbing and cryptic messages and images, among them a crude cartoon that depicts Epstein with young girls in 1983 and older girls performing sexual acts in 2003. The drawing suggests that people knew about grooming and trafficking before Epstein's first arrest. A survivor identified the cartoon as triggering because it mirrored a real-life incident and a joke Epstein made while grooming and training for abuse in 1991.
