I Know What's in Those Documents!': Alan Dershowitz Says He Has the Epstein Files, But Judges Are Blocking Their Release
"The famous lawyer, during an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday, pleaded directly to the camera and asked for the green light to release the documents. I have them in my possession, my lawyers have them. Judge, let me give them to Piers Morgan. I want to give them to Piers Morgan, Dershowitz said. Why, Judge, are you preventing me from disclosing material that would be very, very important in putting a whole picture on this thing?"
"Dershowitz pushed back on that claim. No, they can't. It'll never end as long as judges are sealing depositions, he said. He continued, I know what's in those documents! I know something you don't know! I know what's in those documents. That's why it's so important to get these judicial documents out there, if the judge will give me permission."
Alan Dershowitz, a former defense attorney for Jeffrey Epstein, holds sealed documents related to Epstein and requests judicial permission to release them to Piers Morgan. He says the documents are in his possession and could help present a fuller picture. Mike Nellis contends those documents represent about 3% of the total Epstein files and asserts the White House and Justice Department could release most materials. Dershowitz rejects that claim and faults judicial sealing of depositions for preventing closure. Attorney-client privilege is cited as covering communications and surviving Epstein's death, while Democrats and the House Oversight Committee released related materials.
