She said she initiated a text exchange at 7:55 a.m. and used Epstein to obtain information. Epstein was a convicted sex offender required to register in 2008 in Florida and later in New York and died in 2019. Plaskett denied that Epstein directed her questioning and said she had many questions based on 20 years' experience and other sources.
