The remarks followed Trump labeling Omar "garbage" and reporting that some Somalis allegedly orchestrated a fraud scheme worth over $1 billion, with whistleblowers estimating losses could exceed $8 billion. Omar responded by saying Trump has a creepy obsession with her and Somalis.
