In yet another twist in the race to replace U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo, Assemblymember Evan Low has pulled back ahead of Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian.

Santa Clara County on Tuesday processed only 200 ballots, with 77 of them coming from District 16 voters. The remaining ballots about 1,300 total are largely challenged ballots that had a problem with the signature or another issue.
