Epstein accusers say they are done waiting for the government to release names and will make their own list
Briefly

Several Epstein accusers, including Lisa Phillips, said survivors will confidentially compile names of people they believe were regularly in Epstein's circle. Two Washington, DC events featured speeches from accusers and family members; several shared accusations publicly for the first time. Three members of Congress urged colleagues to vote on legislation forcing federal release of Epstein files. Lauren Hersh said survivors are prepared to act because reliance on systems can be slow or ineffective. Organizers framed the proposed list as survivor-led, confidential, and created urgently by survivors for survivors to pursue accountability outside existing systems.
We know the names. Many of us were abused by them. Now, together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we all know were regularly in the Epstein world. And it will be done by survivors and for survivors. No one else is involved.
When we rely on systems to take care of things, sometimes that takes a very long time, and sometimes that means it doesn't get done. And what they're saying is, 'This needs to happen, it needs to happen urgently, and if it's not going to successfully happen within systems, we're going to do it ourselves.'
