"They say he's stable, but he also could be stable but unconscious, we just don't know," Erickson said. "That's all we were told. They have stated that they won't give us any further updates on his condition until a waiver is signed, but they won't present him with that waiver to sign."
Erickson said he briefly spoke to officials with the Federal Bureau of Prisons on Monday, who "basically told me nothing because it was an active investigation."
"I think he feels threatened 24/7, but I don't think he indicated he felt like he was in any additional danger," the attorney told The Post.
