According to a FBI affidavit, Baker spent 37 minutes inside of the US Capitol on January 6th, including inside Nancy Pelosi's office, supported by surveillance footage and his own remarks.
More than 1,300 people have been arrested for their participation in the January 6th attack, with over 900 convictions, including Jon Schaffer from Iced Earth, who pleaded guilty and is looking at 3-4 years behind bars.
