Despite Vance's earlier assurances that military action would be swift and accomplish national-security objectives, the Iran conflict shows no signs of ending. U.S. military personnel face danger at multiple bases across the Middle East, with American interests worldwide vulnerable to Iranian retaliation. This extensive list of military entanglements directly contradicts Trump's campaign promises and MAGA claims of anti-interventionism.
