An estimated 100,000 people rallied in Midtown Manhattan for a No Kings march from Times Square to Union Square, protesting perceived despotic policies of President Trump. Protesters carried signs such as "No Kings make the world a better place" and "Trump is a traitor" and filled several blocks as they marched. Similar demonstrations occurred across New York boroughs and nationwide as a coordinated day of defiance against hard-line immigration measures.
