US planning to deport migrants to Libya despite hellish' conditions reports

For 10 years now since our foundation, as a search and rescue organisation, we have continuously highlighted that Libya is not a safe place for migrants and refugees, said Mirka Schafer, a political expert for the German search.
The US state department criticized Libya's harsh and life-threatening prison conditions and arbitrary arrest or detention, citing how migrants, including children, had no access to immigration courts.
