This Car Rental Company Is the Best in the U.S., According to Travel Advisors

"To determine the year's winners, the editorial teams at TravelPulse and AGENTatHOME selected a handful of nominees, which were then voted on by travel advisors. In past years, travel advisors have cast votes in more than 140 different travel-related categories, including travel destinations, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, and, of course, car rental companies. Next year, the 12th annual Travvy Awards will take place on Nov. 6, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale."

Enterprise Rent-A-Car was named best domestic car rental at the Travvy Awards, followed by Hertz and Avis Budget Group. For international travel, Hertz won gold, Enterprise placed second, and Sixt placed third. The Travvy Awards are produced by AGENTatHOME and TravelPulse and were voted on by travel advisors, with the ceremony held Nov. 6 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Editorial teams at TravelPulse and AGENTatHOME selected nominees which travel advisors then voted on. Past voting has spanned more than 140 travel-related categories. National Car Rental, despite a separate Travel + Leisure reader favorite designation for 2025, did not make the Travvy list.
