Tech mogul Mike Lynch was among the five bodies recovered from the yacht Bayesian, which capsized in a storm off the coast of Sicily, with one person still missing.

The yacht Bayesian, more than 180 feet long, sank during a violent storm, resulting in 15 survivors, while bodies of five have been recovered by authorities.

The search for survivors evolved into a recovery operation due to the challenging conditions of the seabed, where the wreck lies approximately 50 meters deep.

Eyewitness accounts reported a waterspout, a localized phenomenon likened to a marine tornado, contributing to the hazardous conditions that led to the yacht’s sinking.
