"The record of Succession star Nicholas Braun has been fully expunged in New Hampshire, where he was arrested for driving drunk over Labor Day Weekend last year. The public record was wiped as of Dec. 17, just days after a judge approved a petition for the record to be annulled, a rep for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch told TMZ on Thursday."
"It's unclear why the charges were dropped against the three-time Emmy nominee, best known for playing Cousin Greg on the HBO hit. Braun who co-owns Lower East Side and Brooklyn bar Ray's was taken into custody late on Aug. 29 and charged with DUI impairment and operating his vehicle without lights. Braun was released on his own recognizance after roughly an hour behind bars."
"By mid-September, Braun pleaded not guilty and was ordered to abstain from any use of alcohol, and use of any narcotic drug or controlled substances amid the case. At the time, a court official said there would likely be a bench trial, if any at all, and that it wouldn't occur until this month. The Daily News has reached out to representatives for Braun for comment."
