State Police trooper charged with domestic assault of child, released on $1,000 bail
"A Massachusetts State Police trooper arrested last week is facing charges related to a domestic assault on a child, local police said. State Trooper Michael Gagnon, of Plympton, was arrested Nov. 25 and was arraigned on charges of domestic assault and battery and aggravated assault on a child under 14 years of age, according to Plympton police. In a statement, a spokesperson for the State Police said Gagnon was relieved of duty and suspended without pay."
