San Jose announced a coordinated plan to capitalize on Super Bowl 60, NCAA March Madness and the FIFA World Cup in 2026 by positioning the city as a global fan destination. The program features 13 concerts and 13 drone and light shows for 26 unique experiences, plus more than 100 watch parties distributed across city districts under the new "San Jose 26" brand. City leaders will raise funds, hire talent and produce local events to ensure continuous activity during peak days. A dedicated website will map iconic venues to guide visitors and promote repeat tourism, with lessons learned from the last regional Super Bowl experience informing improvements.
It's the first region to have a Super Bowl and a World Cup in the same year,
While there will be a handful of official events, we want to make sure that there's something to do 24/7 for the three or four days that people are here,
It's a way to connect travelers, not only for the sporting events, but also for them to come back in future years and experience our city,
