Andrew Emerald, 45, has been indicted on eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications for making violent Facebook posts targeting President Trump. Following his arrest, authorities found bladed weapons at his home. FBI agents forced entry after Emerald refused to comply with orders and confronted them with a sword. He made multiple threats from May to July 2025, including intentions to kill Trump and display his body from the Statue of Liberty.
