"Twenty masked individuals committed an armed robbery at a jewelry store in San Ramon on Monday. Shots were fired by the robbers, but no one was injured. San Ramon Police say they responded to this "take-over style" armed robbery - "where 20 masked individuals entered the store and began smashing display cases taking numerous items" - at Heller Jewelers, 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road, at 1:50 p.m. on Monday."
"Several of the suspects were reportedly armed with handguns - with one of suspects firing off rounds near the entrance to the store. The suspects fled the scene in multiple vehicles.
