A 61-year-old Oakland resident was shot in the foot Wednesday night around 10:47 p.m. in the 7000 block of International Boulevard after leaving a nearby store. The man heard gunfire while walking to his vehicle and realized he had been shot. He drove himself to a hospital where he remains in stable condition. More than 10 shots were fired during an apparent dispute between other people in the area. Police determined the 61-year-old was not an intended target. No other injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made. The nature of the dispute remains unknown.
