"Alan Musson, of Brookline, was arrested on a sex offense after allegedly viewing a photo of a man's genitalia while he was scrolling on the dating app Grindr, in view of two juvenile girls. He was set to face charges of obscene matter to a minor, threat to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct in Boston Municipal Court, according to a Boston police report."
"Before viewing the photo, Musson allegedly yelled at the girls and told them, "I will kill you," when they cheered for the artists performing. Officers placed Musson under arrest and then had the following exchange, according to the report: Capt. Dean Bickerton: "What was the image sent to you? Was it naked?" Musson: "Yes." Bickerton: "Naked what?" Musson: "Naked guy.""
Alan Musson, 80, was arrested at TD Garden after allegedly viewing a pornographic image on his phone during a Benson Boone concert. The image, of a man's exposed genitalia, was visible to two juvenile girls seated behind him while he scrolled the Grindr app. The girls attempted to photograph the phone but the image came out blurry, then reported the incident to venue staff who removed Musson and contacted police. Musson allegedly threatened the girls, saying "I will kill you." He faces charges including obscene matter to a minor, threat to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct. One girl's father was allowed to join them with upgraded seats and provided security.
