Jaylin Douglas Rainford was born August 22, 2005, and died unexpectedly January 25, 2026, at age 20. He was the son of Eudolf and Jeneen Rainford, brother of Emaya Rainford and Kyianna Pollard, and grandson of Cynthia Rainford and Lester Holmes, with several aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends surviving. He graduated from Catholic Memorial High School and was a junior at Bryant University studying finance. He played soccer from a young age, recently switched to track and field, and described that decision as inspired by God. He was described as loving, intelligent, humble, spirited, generous, and remembered for his smile and ability to connect with others.
