Nathan Smith, 27, known professionally as DJ Young Slade and as the son of rapper Lil Jon, was found dead in a pond near his Milton, Georgia, home. He had gone missing early Tuesday after leaving his house on foot around 6 a.m. without his phone; police warned he may have been disoriented and in need of assistance. Authorities reported no indication of foul play. Smith was a New York University graduate and worked as a music producer, artist and engineer. His parents described him as kind and immensely caring and thanked local authorities and rescuers.
