Japanese organization of atomic bombing survivors wins 2024 Nobel Peace Prize
Briefly

The award to Nihon Hidankyo acknowledges that no nuclear weapon has been used in war in nearly 80 years, highlighting the significance of their contributions.
Jrgen Watne Frydnes noted the Norwegian Nobel Committee hadn't been able to contact Nihon Hidankyo to inform them about the prestigious award.
