Edward Kelley, a 35-year-old from Tennessee, has been found guilty of conspiring to murder federal agents who investigated his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection.
Prosecutors revealed that Kelley created a 'kill list' targeting law enforcement officials and planned attacks on an FBI office with car bombs and incendiary devices.
Kelley was previously convicted of assaulting a police officer during the Capitol attack and is among many charged with offenses related to the insurrection.
His sentencing for the conspiracy charge is set for May, where he faces potentially life imprisonment due to the gravity of his offenses.
