Annette Darrow will serve as chief operations officer at IndyGo. Darrow brings a 33-year transit industry career and more than 30 years of service with IndyGo. She previously served as senior director of service planning and has held leadership roles including manager of customer service, manager of planning and scheduling, and director of service planning.
