The report states that paramedics removed Good from the car and reported that she was unresponsive, not breathing, with inconsistent, irregular, thready pulse activity."

Renee Good, 37, was shot and found unresponsive in the driver's seat of her car in Minneapolis on 7 January. Paramedics arrived at about 9:42am and removed her from the vehicle, finding her unresponsive, not breathing, with an inconsistent, irregular, thready pulse. Responders identified apparent gunshot wounds to the right chest, left forearm, and a possible head wound with protruding tissue, plus dilated pupils and blood from the left ear. Responders moved her down the block for safer ambulance access, applied a tourniquet, and began chest compressions. CPR continued during transport; hospital staff assumed airway and ventilation duties. Resuscitative efforts were discontinued at approximately 10:30am. The first 911 call came about 9:38am, roughly one minute after shots were fired.
