Individuals in Tehran reported being caught in the strikes, with one person walking through the city during the 9:30 a.m. attack. A 39-year-old woman described hearing screaming at a gym and experiencing extreme traffic delays that turned a 15-minute journey into 2.5-3 hours. Residents had previously prepared for potential attacks by taping windows, stockpiling water, preparing food rations, and packing emergency bags, which they activated during the incident.
