Haiti's notorious gang leader, Barbecue, says his forces are ready for a long fight

Barbecue, a 47-year-old ex-police officer, revealed his transition from law enforcement to leading a notorious gang federation, orchestrating attacks on government targets and sparking unrest in Haiti.
