The GSA 250 Star Mark adds an American flag, stars, and red, white, and blue colors to the existing GSA Star Mark for use during 2026 to honor the nation’s 250th anniversary. The update is the first modification of the logo since 2000 and was designed in-house. The mark will be used by GSA schedule and contract holders and will appear on government vehicle license plates, SmartPay cards, and other items. The commemorative mark is intended to highlight GSA’s role supporting the federal government and public service and to support Task Force 250 and Freedom 250 activities alongside other federal commemorations of 1776.
