On Jan. 6, many QAnon followers at the Capitol believed they were participating in what is called 'The Storm' in QAnon lore, an apocalyptic-type reckoning.
The QAnon community believes that by decoding these drops, one can understand not just the moves and countermoves in the secret battle, but also essentially predict the future.
